This sculpture installed on Santa Catalina hill in Gijón, Spain 

is considered one of the high points of Chillida's artistic career.

His sculptures go beyond the scale to occupy voluminous spaces, as if they were 

grand buildings; which propitiate inner spaces in which 

we can walk under or where we may look outwards or take shelter.
